Viewing your cases

  • When you first go to the media section you will see a summary of all the cases in the system
  • It summarises how many requests are due on each case, when it was created and last updated
  • You can also edit the title and archive the case
  • To view your case just click in the row of the case
  • If a case has been marked as 'resolved' it will show a line through the case
