Requests are typically used for logging calls and requests for further information.
- To add a request go to the case
- Click on the '+' symbol - you will see a pop up
- Add the details of the request
- You can attribute the request to an existing contact or create one. Read more about contacts.
- You can also assign this to a team member. When you do, they will receive an email and see it in their assignments list.
- You can also assign a deadline and upload an image
- Click on 'save' to add it to the case
