Assigning requests to your team

You can ensure that someone takes action on an incoming request by assigning it to them. Find out more about managing requests here.

  • When adding a request to your case you can choose from the drop down menu who you want to assign it to
  • Ensure you add notes for context
  • Set an optional deadline
  • The user will receive a notification by email and it will also show in their inbox on the MusterPoint dashboard. Read more about the inbox here.
