All notification emails are turned on by default, so everyone who has an email address in the system should receive them.
Please check the following;
- The emails are not going to any folder other than your inbox such as 'spam' or 'promotions' 'updates' (if using Gmail) - if it is, please add it to your 'allowed' list
- The address we use to deliver our notifications is not being blocked by your IT department - ask them to check, and if necessary, whitelist email@example.com
- Check there are no typos or errors in the user's email address
