Why can't I log in?

If you can't access your dashboard please check the following;

  • Your caps lock is not on - details are case sensitive
  • You have not been suspended by your administrator
  • You have your log in details on autofill and they have not been updated recently
  • Your password has been changed
  • You are an existing user on our new dashboard and you are not trying to log in at domain.musterpoint.online
  • You are not being redirected from another URL - please try logging in at https://musterpoint-20.web.app/login

You can request to change your password through the log in screen. Please check your spam folder or that your IT department are not blocking emails from musterpoint.io
