Why can't I log in?

If you can't access your dashboard please check the following;

  • Your caps lock is not on - details are case sensitive
  • You have not been suspended by your administrator
  • You have your log in details on autofill and they have not been updated recently
  • Your password has been changed
  • You are an existing user on our new dashboard and you are not trying to log in at
  • You are not being redirected from another URL - please try logging in at

You can request to change your password through the log in screen. Please check your spam folder or that your IT department are not blocking emails from
