Giving users access to the media functionality

All standard users by default do not have access to media and contacts. Administrators do have access by default.

To update this (and if your account allows for media users);

  • Go to settings > users 
  • Flip the switch so the user has the media access
  • When the user logs in they will then be given access to media.

This includes;

  • media case management
  • contacts
  • media coverage
