Handling social assignments

When you receive a notification of an assignment either by email or as a notification in your inbox on your dashboard, you have a number of options based on the type of assignment. If it is a media request assignment, read more here.

If it is a social assignment, you can;

  • Respond
  • Mark as read
  • Archive
  • Reassign to another user or team
  • Add a tag or tags
