If you receive a notification of an assignment for a request, you will receive an email and a notification in the inbox on your dashboard. To handle this request;
- Go to > Inbox > Assignments
- Click on 'assigned to me' to see your assignments
- You can view the request
- You can go to the case directly by clicking on 'Go to case'
- You can update the enquiry by clicking on the small edit icon
- You can then 'resolve' the item to remove it from your inbox
