Handling requests

If you receive a notification of an assignment for a request, you will receive an email and a notification in the inbox on your dashboard. To handle this request;

  • Go to > Inbox > Assignments
  • Click on 'assigned to me' to see your assignments
  • You can view the request
  • You can go to the case directly by clicking on 'Go to case'
  • You can update the enquiry by clicking on the small edit icon
  • You can then 'resolve' the item to remove it from your inbox
