Adding a social media post to cases

This option is only available to those on the Comms Pro plan. You need to have access to cases to be able to save your social posts to cases.

You can capture social media into any case from the social dashboard. This helps to build a bigger picture of the type of communications you can gather for campaigns or incidents.

  • From your streams, click on the three dots
  • You will see 'add to case'
  • Choose your case from the drop down 
  • The item will then be added to this case under 'social'
